Returns policy

Returns are accepted. Procedure for returns is as below.

1. Intimate returns decision to be by email on aditispaperstudio@gmail.com within 1 day of receipt of artwork. Kindly mention details of artwork and purchase in your email.

2. Dispatch the artwork back to me within 3 days of receipt of artwork and send me the dispatch details.

3. All expenses involved in returning the artwork (courier, taxes, customs etc) to be borne by the buyer.

4. Kindly ensure that the artwork is sent back to me in proper condition and packing as damaged and used artwork cannot be accepted for returns.

5. Refund will be affected within 15 days from receipt of returned artwork. Only artwork cost will be refunded, courier & handling charges will not be refunded.

6. Customised artworks and artworks sold on discounts will not be accepted for returns

7. In spite of all the above, incase there is an issue with the artwork that you have received, kindly contact me and I will be happy to address the issue.
