• Artworks sold here are for personal use only. Copying, Photos, mass production etc of the same is not allowed. All copyrights are reserved with Aditi’s Paper Studio.

• Photos shown on the website are indicative in nature. Actual artworks may have slight variations in colour, frames, design etc. There is a limitation to accurately reproduce photos on a website. However, all effort shall be made to keep the photos as realistic as possible.

• In case you wish to use these artworks for commercial purposes you may contact me on aditispaperstudio@gmail.com

• All personal data submitted while making purchases will be held with me alone and shall not be sold, distributed, shared with anyone for any commercial purposes.

• All personal photos submitted for customised portraits etc, shall be held with me alone and shall not be sold, distributed, shared with anyone for any commercial purposes.

• I am located in India and all practices shall be in accordance with Indian Law and all transactions executed will also be under the purview of Indian Laws.

Shipping Policy:

• All artworks will be shipped through reputed couriers and shipping details will be shared.

• Packing will be done to the best of my abilities to ensure that artwork reaches you in proper condition.

• In case of any transit damages, kindly take photos / videos before opening the package and send the same to me within 1 day of receipt of the same on aditispaperstudio@gmail.com

• Shipping normally takes 7-10 days for domestic destinations (India). International destinations can take around 15 days transit time. As transit time is not in my control, I do not wish to take any guarantees on the same.

• For international destinations buyers will be responsible for any customs / import duties applicable in their country.

• I will be as anxious as you will be regarding the packages sent. In case of any delays or details required, you may contact me on my email and I will be glad to respond at the earliest.

Payment Methods:

• Once the order is placed, you shall receive an email from aditispaperstudio@gmail.com with details on how to make payments. Payment methods shall be PayPal for international buyers and UPI for Indian Buyers. Links shall be sent by email for making payments. Once payments are made, you may reply to the same email with payment details to enable processing orders at the earliest.

Disclaimer:

• All efforts are put to ensure that the photographs in the website show the artworks as realistically as possible. However, due to limitations in photographic methods and non-uniformity in display devices there may be some differences.

• I am an artist and not a logistics professional. I shall take all efforts to dispatch the artworks at the earliest through a reputed courier service. However, delays due to courier services / transport services / taxes and customs delays are beyond my control and I do not wish to take any guarantees on their behalf.
